Emergency work from St Jude's Storm

The phones here at Treelife have certainly been ringing like mad over the last few days! The St Jude's Day storm made its impact on the Chilterns and we've had a lot of emergency jobs to deal with from all over the are from Hemel, Berkhamsted, Watford and beyond! Also we've been kept very busy with emergency jobs from Dacorum Borough Council.

One job that we were called out to was for a client in Hatch End, Pinner. A large Poplar tree had fallen over from her garden into the neighbours gardens and over a garage block. It had twisted and snapped at the base which was around 5ft in diameter and caused extensive damage to the garage block. We had to remove the tree and make the area safe to allow the builders in to assess the damage.
